Northwest Harvest

Kent, WA - New Distribution Center

Pinnacle developed a facility layout and process flow plan to help maximize storage capabilities, improve automated processing areas, and increase freezer storage space for over 24 million pounds of food distributed each year. Northwest Harvest supports a distribution network of more than 300 partner food banks, meal programs and elementary schools. A total future storage capacity of 1.32 million cubic feet of goods was achieved.

Navistar, Inc.

Chicago, IL - International Trucks Sales and Service Facilities

Pinnacle worked closely with Navistar to develop a facility standards and certification program to identify facility needs on a market-by-market basis. The Dealer Facility guide presents step-by-step instructions to plan and design a class 5-8 truck repair and maintenance facility. Operational efficiencies were realized for Truck sales, Parts Sales, Parts Warehouse, Service Write-up, Shop Support, and Service Shop functions.

BE Aerospace

Everett, WA - New Manufacturing Facility - Consolidation of Advanced Lavatories and Cabin Interiors (ALCI) and Life Support Systems (LSS)

Pinnacle completed a baseline of current operations at multiple sites where space projections and new facility program requirements were established. Recommendations were developed and implemented for a new 240,000 sf. manufacturing facility.

Fran's Chocolates

Seattle, WA - New Build to Suit Chocolate Production Facility

Pinnacle worked closely with Fran’s Chocolates to develop program requirements, detailed equipment and operation layouts, truck access and site diagrams, storage requirements for coolers, freezers, and dry goods. The programming and design input provided by Pinnacle allowed Fran’s Chocolates to increase production and storage capacity while eliminating inefficient operations in their processes.

Clarisonic

Kent, WA - New Distribution Facility

Pinnacle recently commissioned a 227,000 Square feet warehouse in Kent WA for Clarisonic, a division of L’Oreal. This is the third facility that Pinnacle has help designed to support Clarisonic’s expanding network and efficient supply chain. Key project highlights includes over 7,000 pallet storage in selective racks, 30 feet clear reach truck storage environment, flexible flow through material handling from receiving to shipping, additional 45,000 square feet expansion space.

U.S. Navy

Navy Region Northwest - Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Submarine Base Bangor, Naval Station Everett, Naval Air Base Whidbey Island, NAVMAG Indian Island, NUWC Keyport, Bayview Idaho

Pinnacle Consulting generated Basic Facility Requirements and Asset Evaluations for over 900 facilities. The project included site analysis, equipment documentation, and functional area layout as-builts. Utilizing findings collected, The U.S. Navy updated their planning database to better allocate resources.

Cascade Coffee, Inc.

Everett, WA - Coffee Roasting / Packaging / Distribution Facility Planning

Pinnacle has continued to assist Cascade Coffee with optimizing / expanding their operations for the past 20 years. Utilizing the expansion capacity as forecasted in the original master plan, this factory has increased production with state-of-the-art roasting equipment and flexible packing lines.

GloryBee Foods

Eugene, OR - Production / Distribution Facilities Master Planning

Pinnacle has worked with the GloryBee team for the past 10 years developing an incremental expansion plan to meet their growth plan. Expansion milestones have increased Honey Processing and Dry Production customer fulfillment processes at an annual growth rate exceeding 20%.

Freightliner

Hagerstown, MD - New Trucks Sales and Service Facility

Pinnacle Consulting created the efficient operation for Pennsylvania Freightliner's new flagship "barn-style" facility. This project included optimal planning adjacencies between the Truck Sales, Parts Sales, and Service Write-Up functions. Operational efficiencies achieved through good design practices provide benefit and pay-back for the lifetime of the facility.

Snohomish County PUD

Everett, WA - 30 Year Operations Center Master Plan

Snohomish County PUD Facilities Department teamed with Pinnacle Consulting Group in May of 2014 to develop the Everett Operations Center Master Plan. The plan provides a 30 year road map for facility capital improvements. Pinnacle completed the baseline activities in December of 2014, including a recap of existing facilities, space allocation, standard processes, future projections, and deficiencies. Concepts for additional site development and operations expansion were developed to solve for current deficiencies, address growth projections, and improve operations.
